Eric Jungemann - General Partner

InfoMatrix was founded by Eric Jungemann in 1993. He has over 25 years experience in large-scale information systems, application development, and system development in a variety of environments including telephony, broadband, network testing, veterinary and medical. 

Before founding  InfoMatrix, Eric was with US Computer Services (CableData)  as Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, Eric served  as SVP/General Manager of CableData worldwide and Vice  President of Product Development. Eric was instrumental  in the architecture and development of DDP/SQL, Intelecable  and the CableComputer for the broadband and telephony  marketplaces which are deployed worldwide and are serving  30+ million subscribers. These systems included pioneering  efforts in cable/telephony, integrated OSS, billing and provisioning systems as well as interactive television  and on-line gaming.

Eric has been involved in numerous due diligence efforts for investors and laying out technology roadmaps for emerging companies.

Eric has also held a number of executive positions for clients including heading up Local Telephony Development for AT&T. Eric has broad experience in general management, MIS and customer support issues as they relate to large scale enterprise development.

Eric has significant experience in helping emerging companies, bringing his talents to bear in start up issues, funding, strategic roadmaps and start-up trouble-shooting.

As with other InfoMatrix General Partners, Eric still enjoys being a hands on developer and is principally involved in the development of VetFM, the veterinary practice management system from InfoMatrix used by hospitals nationwide.

Eric is a co-founder of the Sacramento FileMaker Users Group (SACFM) and is a former co-chair of that organization.  Eric frequently speaks on software development issues to users groups nationwide and is a chief proponent of the 'Nimble App' in the enterprise.

He is a graduate  of the University of Missouri and a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He is a Board Member of Miramont Media, a former Board Member of the Made In America Foundation/Oceanplanet and a Co-Founder and former Board Member of WorldSync, Inc.  He is a member of the Marine Corps Association and the Naval Institute. An avid solo sailor, Eric is a veteran of the Singlehanded Transpac and numerous other long distance ocean races.

Susie Mathews - General Partner

Susie Mathews has a distinguished career in enterprise software development. As the former Chairman of US Computer Services and the chief product developer for CableData, Susie did pioneering work in large-scale distributed software development leading to systems servicing 33 million broadband subscribers domestically and internationally.

Susie has a passion for the end user point of view in large-scale software development and spends much of her time developing software that solves business problems in a pragmatic and cost effective fashion. She also has experience in the medical, veterinary, publishing and construction industries.

Susie has been heavily involved in a number of start up companies where she applies her experience in building companies through her experience in software development.

Susie is a co-founder of Ambullneo Vineyards.

Susie is principally involved in the development of VetFM, a FileMaker based veterinary practice management system from InfoMatrix that is used by hospitals nationwide.  

Susie frequently speaks to users groups nationwide on software development issues.

In addition  to other business and philanthropic interests, Susie  is a former member of the Board of Visitors for the UC Davis School  of Medicine, former Board Member of White Fence, Inc., Board Member of Ambullneo Vineyards and Chairman  of Miramont Media

Scott Langdoc - General Partner

Scott Langdoc is the Founder and Chief Strategist for RetailCENTRIC, a completely new model for IT strategy and technology advisory services in the global retail industry. Scott operates the RetailCENTRIC business as part of 15 year old InfoMatrix LLC, where he is one of five general partners – all of which have worked together for more than 20 years.

Scott has 22 years of senior management and hands-on experience in all forms of enterprise information technology - with specific focus on the impacts of next-generation systems and process improvements set to transform retailing and the consumer experience. Scott has written and presented extensively on a wide range of topics including revenue optimization, macro to micro promotions, global supply networks, advanced planning systems, self-service systems, and customer data security and privacy.

Scott started RetailCENTRIC after working in various industry analyst management roles, including the startup of IDC’s dedicated retail industry company and leading AMR Research’s retail team. Scott also was Chief Technology Officer for Fujitsu Transaction Solutions where he had P&L responsibility for all Fujitsu’s retail software operations including product development for enterprise point-of-sale (POS).

Scott's experience also includes executive management roles in retail IT, including CIO at Raley's, a $3.5B California-based grocery chain in California where he led large scale POS and business intelligence initiatives; and with PDQuick, a multi-channel convenience products retailer. Scott also spent a decade in corporate IT outside retail working in the cable television and telecommunications billing industry.

Scott has a BS in Business & Management Information Systems from California State University Sacramento.

Jackie Long - General Partner

Jackie Long has 25 years of quality assurance, customer care and operations experience in OSS broadband, telephony and convergent billing. Jackie joined InfoMatrix in 1996 bringing her considerable perspective to bear in supporting our clients.

Prior to that, she held a variety of positions at CableData (DST Innovis) in development, quality assurance, operations and customer care, rising to Vice President, Worldwide Support. In that capacity, she led the support of data centers around the world running broadband and broadband/telephony applications.

Jackie is widely regarded as a leading expert in billing rate structure and management. She is a veteran of hundreds of data migrations within large-scale enterprise systems. Jackie is the InfoMatrix subject matter expert on software testing and quality assurance.


Kevin Malone - General Partner

Kevin Malone joined InfoMatrix as a General Partner in 1997 bringing his strong systems and application development skills to our clients.

He also held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at VIA NET.WORKS. VIA is an Internet infrastructure and services provider targeted at small to medium sized businesses in the European and Latin American markets.

Prior to VIA and InfoMatrix, Kevin developed his own consulting business, Confluent Technologies. This practice provided management consulting, design and development of billing, customer care, and other back office systems for the convergence market, which he later merged with InfoMatrix.

From 1981 to 1994 Kevin held various positions with CableData (now DST Innovis) including Vice President of International Software Development. At CableData, he was involved in the development of applications including customer care, billing and provisioning, as well as embedded systems for interactive television and for operating systems.

Kevin studied Electrical Engineering at Southern Methodist University.
