Cameron Park, CA - February 4, 2002
InfoMatrix, a California-based strategic consulting firm specializing in enterprise software development and convergence technologies, announces the election of Scott Langdoc and Susie Mathews as new General Partners. In their new roles Langdoc and Mathews will provide both proven executive management and technology experience to InfoMatrix as it continues to grow its extensive client list.
"We are genuinely excited about Scott and Susie joining InfoMatrix as partners", said Eric Jungemann, one of the firm's original founding General Partners. "Both have broad managerial and technological insights, but also can be laser-focused on client and customer issues and will represent Infomatrix with great integrity and precision", said Jungemann.
Langdoc brings over 15 years of extensive experience in strategic, managerial, and hands-on information technology to InfoMatrix. Langdoc has held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at multiple organizations in multiple industries, ranging in size from $50 million in sales to $3 billion. His most recent CIO experience was with PDQuick (former Pink Dot), a VC-funded express delivery service. Previously he was EVP and CIO at Raleys, a $3 billion regional grocery and drug store chain headquartered in Sacramento, California. He was also VP and CIO at USCS International (formerly U.S. Computer Services) where he formed the software and billing company's first enterprise level internal IT organization and designed and developed multiple technology systems to support the company's rapid global growth. He served in 1996 on Governor Pete Wilson's inaugural California Information Technology Commission. He also spent over 5 years as a contributing guest columnist to eWeek, writing on a wide range of executive IT issues. Langdoc specializes in multiple technologies; including enterprise networking, ERP project management, systems design, and backend integration to Internet and Intranet applications.
"InfoMatrix represents all the best parts of my profession", said Langdoc. "In addition to the exciting technology and client work, I get to link up with a stellar group of professionals that I greatly admire and respect".
Susie Mathews joins InfoMatrix with a distinguished career in enterprise software development. As the former Chairman of US Computer Services and the chief product developer for CableData, Mathews did pioneering work in large scale distributed software development leading to systems servicing 33 million broadband subscribers domestically and internationally. Mathews has a passion for the end user point of view in large scale software development. In addition to other business and philanthropic interests, Mathews serves on the Board of Visitors for the UC Davis School of Medicine.
"I'm delighted to be joining InfoMatrix" said Mathews. "I've known most of the Partners for 20 years so it is like coming home. I'm looking forward to adding my skills to the team and making my own unique contribution".
Langdoc and Mathews will work out of InfoMatrix new Southern California offices. Other InfoMatrix General Partners include Eric Jungemann, Jackie Long, Kevin Malone, and Darcy Helmick- all of whom will continue to work from Northern California.
